<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">Also, most MD programs have utilities for generating PDB files directly from trajectory files. Amber has cpptraj. Gromac has "gmx trjconv". You should investigate whether the MD package you are using has
something similar.<br>
