I have query regarding chimera, through command line I want to select a particular residue and delete the remaining protein and save in the .mol2 file for further processing for my project.I used the following command to select the residue:
<strong>select :30 </strong>for selecting the desired residue. Can you give me an insight as to how to delete the remaining protein and save in the .mol2 format. That will be very helpful.
