One of the examples is this "morphing movie" feature highlight, which includes the ChimeraX command scripts (.cxc files) that were used.<br class="">

Normally you would do all the setup once, then save a session, then iteratively develop a series of commands that would execute (and eventually record) the movie content starting from that session.<br class="">
