Scheduled System Downtime

Routine system maintenance is normally performed on the third Sunday of each month from 7-10am. Systems may be unavailable or slow to respond during this time. Occasionally longer periods of downtime will be scheduled in order to perform important upgrades or repairs. In these cases, advanced notice will be posted here and in log-in messages of all affected systems.

In order to maintain compliance with UCSF's data protection requirements, users
may not store any data on this computer system that requires anything other than
Level 1 or Level 2 (P1/P2) protection. Users are responsible for ensuring their
data meets either P1 or P2 classification. Data protection levels are defined in
