[chimera-dev] Documentation missing in 1602 release

All of the 1602 distributions should have the rest of the documentation
from the date of the release.  I suspect that a "cvs update -dP" before
building the final documentation would have pulled in the missing files
(advocating that people use -dP with update :-)).
