[chimera-dev] extension widget

The Side View uses a Tix NoteBook, which I don't have much familiarity with myself, but various other extensions use a Pmw NoteBook, which is documented here:

You could also look at the extensions themselves.  Off the top of my head I can think of:  ModelPanel [configuration dialog], StructMeasure (distances, angles, etc.), BuildStructure, ShowAttr (Render by Attribute), and Ilabel (2D Labels).
