[Chimera-users] Non-gui chimera in a shell?

Hi Jim,

  You can run Chimera from a Terminal on the Mac with

	% Chimera.app/Contents/MacOS/chimera

You can add command-line options like --nogui and a script file.
I tried --nogui with Chimera version 1.2199 and it worked.

  I'll post a message on running Chimera directly from Python later
today.
