We have seen that bug on Vista when you're using the default graphics 
driver.  To fix it, you need to install the appropriate graphics driver 
for your graphics card or the integrated graphics on the motherboard.  If 
you have an older computer, there might not be Vista graphics drivers for 
your setup, so your only option is to buy a ~$40 graphics card and install 
the driver.
