[Chimera-users] Problems saving eps files on Windows

I can confirm that it works here.  Maybe chimera is saving the file in a 
different directory?  Try just changing the file type to EPS and not the 
directory to see if the image is saved properly.  If that doesn't help, 
please use chimera's Report a Bug dialog in the Help menu to file a bug 
report and we'll track this down further.
