[Chimera-users] surface rendering

Well, Chimera is known to have an issue surfacing some molecular  
structures, so the question is whether that's the issue here or  
something else.  Can you open PDB ID 1GCN and see if you can surface  
that?  If you can't, then it is something with your machine and you  
should use the Report a Bug dialog (under the Help menu) to send in a  
bug report along with any error messages you saw.  If you can surface  
1gcn, then it's something with your structures specifically and if you  
can provide some information about them I could provide further  
suggestions for workarounds.
