The MD Movie tool does not support session saving at this time.
However, what this means is that you should still be able to save a
session but when restored the session will show only the structure and
so forth and not the tool interface. If Chimera crashes when you save
a session involving a trajectory then that is a bug and you should
report it with the "Report a Bug" entry in the Help menu, along with
whatever steps are needed to reproduce the crash.
