Hi Thiru,
There is no way to automatically make all the 3D labels visible, but  
you can specify offsets in the labeling command (label or rlabel), or  
grab and move an individual label with Ctrl-right mouse button  
(assuming you have the default mouse settings).

For nice publication and presentation images, I use 2D Labels (under  
Tools... Utilities) instead of the regular 3D labels.  In that case,  
however, you have to type them in individually, and the labels do not  
move along with the structure.
