[Chimera-users] DCD to PDB file Residue number

Hi Snoze,
That information isn't preserved from the PSF. I just now made some
changes to preserve it so if you get tomorrow's daily build, the
residue numbers should correspond to what's in the PSF.
As an aside, the first trajectory format that Chimera supported was
Amber, and Amber prmtop files don't have residue number information,
so there was no provision for preserving it when other formats were
added.
