I want to thank Manidip Shasmal for using Chimera's Report a Bug dialog
to submit this as a bug. With the information in the bug report, I was
able to see that the NVIDIA graphics driver was not installed.
Installing that driver will fix his problem.
So a general comment, for interactive graphics, the graphics drivers,
that come with the Linux server editions, are too old and buggy for
Chimera. You would be much better off with a desktop edition of Linux,
like Ubuntu.
