Hi Marek,
	Well, if you were a masochist you could open additional copies of the  
trajectory, translate them the appropriate distance with the "move"  
command and then play them in synchrony with the "coordset" command,  
but that would be crazy.  For now I would recommend something like VMD  
for this.  We are working on a re-architected version of Chimera that  
will allow you to do this much more easily, but the availability of  
the new version is quite a ways off at this point -- particularly MD  
playback in the new version.
	Nonetheless, I will add your name to the enhancement-request ticket  
we already have open for this so that you will be notified when it  
eventually becomes available.
