[Chimera-users] Morph conformation: Starting all movies in the same time

Hi Damien,
You would use the "movie" command to control the recording.  That is, your script would include movie commands to start recording before the coordset command, stop recording, and then encode into movie file.  Command documentation and example movie command scripts:
