[Chimera-users] Match structures and density maps

Hi Sam,

   I take it that your PDB models are already aligned with the maps.  
Then it is easy.  Just align the PDB models #0 and #1 and then realign 
the corresponding maps #2 and #3 using

     matrixcopy #0 #2
     matrixcopy #1 #3
