Hi Evan,
Although there is no command for the individual settings in the Ribbon Style Editor, you can use that tool to name and save the scaling. The scaling information is saved in your preferences file, and subsquently you can restore the scaling by name with a command, e.g.:
ribscale whatchamacallit

(I imagine it could all be done directly in python without saving a scaling, but someone else would have to advise on that approach.)
