Hi Hernano,
I think I see what happened...

My previous reply assumed you were running Modeller on your own machine.  To do that you need to choose the Run Modeller using "local installation" option in the Chimera-Modeller dialog.  If you are using the default, Run Modeller using "web service," then the calculation is done on our system.  In that case you don't have to install modeller on your own machine, but you have to enter the license key in the Chimera-Modeller dialog.  

That error means you did not enter the license key in the Chimera-Modeller dialog.
