Hi RJ,

  Ok I've added wmv format movie encoding.  Will be in tonight's Chimera daily builds.  Just specify the output file with a ".wmv" suffix.  It encodes WMV2 since ffmpeg is not able to output WMV3 which is Microsoft's newest wmv format.
