Hi Jim,

  Fixed saving of Chimera segmentation files so it uses the region colors you have chosen.  Fix will be in tonight's Chimera daily builds and also in Chimera 1.8 unless we release Chimera 1.8 today (in which case it would only make it into daily builds and 1.9).

The problems is if you use the Actions / Color menu it changes the color that is displayed, but the color that the region remembers is not updated -- stays at the old color.
