[Chimera-users] Pipes and planks representation

Thank you for the suggestion. Making pipes-and-planks representation
more integral is a complex task, so it probably will not be done in the
near term. However, you can manually click the Apply button in the
Pipes and Planks panel after changing the molecular representation and
you should get an updated p&p representation. For example, if you open
a model and create the p&p representation (clicking Apply instead of OK
to keep the P&P panel up), it will be the same color as the model; if
you then change the model color using, say, the "rainbow" command, you
can update the p&p representation by clicking the Apply button again.
