Hi Amit,
If you mean you want to create a dipeptide, then you can do it with Build Structure (in menu under Tools… Structure Editing).  In that tool, see the "Start Structure" section, the peptide option.

After you create it, you can do other things like add hydrogens (see Adjust Torsions, AddH, Dock Prep, etc. … these tools are also in the menu under Tools… Structure Editing).  Click the Help button on each tool to see more information.
