[Chimera-users] trajectory smoothing

Hi Fatima,
	There is a script you can run to smooth your trajectory.  It is named “smoothMD.py” and is linked near the bottom of this page:

In the text next to the script link is another link to a chimera-users message that describes how to use the script.  Let me know if you need more help.
