[Chimera-users] color surface by volume data - thickness

Dear all,

Is it possible, while coloring the surface of a sphere using volume data value, to increase the thickness of the volume that is used to color that surface? I guess now just a 1 pixel thick intersection of the sphere with the volume is used, but I would like to vary the width of this intersection.
