[Chimera-users] Chimera/auto dock vina

Hi Grace,
My only guess  is to be sure to specify “output file” within some directory in which you have permission to create files.  I.e.  don’t just give a name, include the directory either by typing it directly into the entry field or by using “Browse” to go to such a directory.
