[Chimera-users] How to place a small volumed object in place of markers in marker set?

What kind of object are you trying to place, a molecular structure?  a density map?  an abstract shape like an ellipsoid?  There is not a general facility to do this but it may be possible to write a script to do it in specific cases.  The following Python script, placem.py,
