[Chimera-users] Command line doesn't work properly on Mac

Hi Leon,
We’ve seen this before where enabling the “multisampling” graphics quality option (Chimera menu Tools / Viewing Controls / Effects) causes typed text in the command-line to not appear. Graphics drivers, especially on Mac, often have bugs in multisampling. So try turning that off if it is enable (the default is off), save that preference (Save button on Effects dialog), and restart Chimera. If that doesn’t work try renaming your Chimera preferences file ~/.chimera/preferences so Chimera uses a new one, because possibly some other preference setting is causing this bug.
