Also, the "Proxy Authentication Required” in the error message may indicate that your site is using a proxy web server.  In such a case you may need to provide info about the proxy server to Chimera.  Use Favorites->Preferences and change the “Category” in the resulting dialog to “Web Access”.  In that panel, enter the information about your proxy server.  Click “Save” afterward so that Chimera remembers the information in future sessions.
