Dear Sarah Azzam,
As far as I can tell, this isn’t really a Chimera question but a question of where you installed the vina executable, whether you correctly specified the location, and whether the file is really executable. It is impossible for me to tell any of these things, because they are specific to your own computer.
I don’t use Windows myself, but doesn’t the location have to start with something like C: or D: ? for example, “C:\Program Files\[…]” That’s my guess as to the most likely problem. Secondly, even if you give the location correctly, maybe you have to make the file executable, but that should be described in the installation instructions for Autodock Vina.
