[Chimera-users] Superimpose map with fitted atoms

Hi,

I’d like to superimpose a cryoEM map with fitted atoms onto a second cryoEM map. I do this using ‘fit in map’, but only the map moves, the fitted structure does not. Is there a way to update the coordinates of the fitted structure according to the map superposition?
