Dear List,
I am loading gromacs trajectory in Chimera using .tpr and .xtc files. The
residue number in gro file starts from 83 and not from 1. When I perform
residue network analyis using chimera and cytoscape, the numbering of
residues starts from 1. Is there a way to change the residue numbers either
in .tpr file or in cytoscape? Changing the residue numbering after the
trajectory is loaded doesn't help.
Thank you for your attention.
Regards,
Neha
