[Chimera-users] Movie render issue

Dear Yangqi,
It’s impossible to tell from such limited information because there are many factors and many movie-file options.

All I can say is to review the information in the “making movies” page, 
<http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/movies.html>

… including “Problems in PowerPoint” (near the bottom).  It also says 

"The graphics window should be adjusted to the desired dimensions before recording, for example with the command windowsize. Using a small and standard size (320 x 240, 640 x 480, or 800 x 600 pixels) may solve some playback problems. On certain platforms, other windows should not overlap the Chimera graphics window during recording…”

with a link for more details.  It’s also possible that the issue is with the player, if your software is old.
