if you mean the two parts showing whole protein and then the closeup of the active site, you just have to make the two images in Chimera and then put them together in some other program like Photoshop.  You would also have to draw the box and the lines in that other program.

So in Chimera, you would 
(1) save one image, for example the whole protein… then remember not to rotate anything in steps #2-4
 
(2) change the display how you like (for example, hide ribbons and show some side chains)

(3) zoom in for the closeup view (for example, using the “scale” command).  Moving up, down, left or right may also be needed (for example, using the “move” command), but remember to avoid rotation.

(4) save another image

In some other program:  put the two images together, add box and lines
