[Chimera-users] to hide atoms using command lines

Hi CJ,
The command is ~display … you may want to take a look at the “getting started: commands” tutorial. It shows commands for several common actions, and there are examples of using ~display:

Also, if you look at the menu documentation, it has a lot of “see also” that mentions the commands that do the same thing. For example, the Actions… Atoms/Bonds description says to see also commands “display” and “represent”
