Hi Fatemeh,
Could you use Chimera’s Help→Report a Bug… menu item to submit a bug report? This will automatically include information about the version of Chimera you are using, your version of Windows, etc., that will be helpful in debugging this problem. Thanks. Also, the “Cannot execute ‘gzip’: thing is just a warning, not really an error.
