[Chimera-users] "subtract selected segment from map" from a specific map

Hi Dominique,

  Segger menu Regions / Subtract Selected From Map operates on the map listed in the "Segment Map" menu at the top of the Segger dialog.  So when I segment one map, then change the Segment Map menu to another map and use that menu entry it subtracts from that new map that was not the one the segmentation was calculated from.  The new map does need to be the same size in grid points and have the same alignment.

Or is the only way to do that with vop subtract?
