Hi André Graça,
This is not an answer to your exact question (I do not know the status of the server), but my suggestion would be to instead try using the "fitmap" command for a local calculation. This command can do sequential fitting of multiple structures, or symmetrical fitting of multimers, among other options. The sequential and symmetric options are only in the command, not the tool dialog. The command is described here:

In this way, you may be able to accomplish what you want with more expediency.
