[Chimera-users] PDB saving

Hi Henry,
It sounds like you are trying to create a file somewhere on the computer where you don't have permission to write files. 

In that case, it is not a Chimera setting, but your choice of where to write the file and the permissions on your computer.

First ask whoever is administering your computer where you are allowed to write files.  Then when you use the File... Save PDB dialog, you have to navigate to that location in the filesystem.
