[Chimera-users] adding chimera-trimmings alias

Hi Dmitry,
When you choose menu: Favorites... Preferences, it should open a Preferences dialog. In the Preferences dialog, where it says Category: General, you would click on the "General" part and then from the resulting menu, switch from "General" to "Command Line."  If your Preferences dialog is near the top of your window, you may need to scroll upwards in that menu to see the topmost entries, since Command Line is above General.
