[Chimera-users] Help for Chimera launch fail

FYI, if you have Radeon graphics, the very latest Radeon driver fixes 
the problem.  It is in Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.4.1 from 20 April 
2021.  The Windows display driver is version 27.20.21002.112.
