Hi Dobromir,
In Chimera you can increase the number of datasets shown: in Volume Viewer, choose Features...Data display options,
<https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/volumeviewer/volumeviewer.html#disp-options>
...and then te dialog will have an option "Maximum number of histograms shown" that you can increase from the default 3.
