[Chimera-users] Help with Fetch ID from UNIProt

Hello Tina,
Uniprot is a database of sequences.  If you fetch from there, you will get a sequence, not a 3D structure.

However, if you mean that Uniprot fetch is not getting anything at all, this is because Uniprot changed how fetching is done.  It is broken in the production release of Chimera (v1.16) but fixed in the Chimera daily build, available from the download page:
