[chimerax-users] windows compatibility

Salut Sandrine,

We are not testing ChimeraX on Windows 7.   But I have seen older 
versions work on Windows 7.  You will need to install the Microsoft 
Visual C++ 2015 runtime libraries if they are not already installed.  If 
it doesn't work, we'd like to know.
