Hi Jingdong,
We are not aware of this problem… can you use menu: Help… Report a Bug (which would also send us information about your computer)?  We would like to figure out what is happening.

Also if you click the “older releases” link in the download page, it will take you to this page listing the older releases:
<http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/older_releases.html>
