Hi Juraj,
There isn’t a ray-tracing option in ChimeraX, but other high-quality rendering options: shadows and/or ambient occlusion. You can try them out by clicking different icons in the Graphics tab of the Toolbar.

Even in Chimera, I personally would not recommend the ray-tracing option because I could get clearer, better-looking images without it. I would use the direct rendering in Chimera, usually with silhouette edges. You can also turn on interactive shadows in Chimera.
