Hi Ahmad,
I’m guessing that you accidentally made it undockable (which is the only way to detach it) and then made it dockable again. This can be done with its context menu shown by right-click or Ctrl-click (depending on platform) on the Command Line tool to check/uncheck “Dockable Tool”. Make sure it is dockable and then carefully drag to the bottom. If you drag more to the middle/left bottom instead of right/bottom it should go back to spanning the whole width. I just tried this and it worked. If you “miss” and it goes to the right only, you can do the whole thing again: make undockable to detach, make dockable again, drag carefully.
Docking/undocking panels and using their context menus:

I hope this helps,
Elaine
