[chimerax-users] ksdssp equivalent in Chimerax

Hi Jabari,
The command in ChimeraX is “dssp”:
<http://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/dssp.html>
You may already know this, but what is shown initially when you open PDB/mmCIF is usually from the contents of that structure file. Only if there is no secondary structure information in the file is “dssp” used automatically.
