[chimerax-users] "zone" near MULTIPLE residues in ChimeraX

Hi Steve,

It is a bit weird that this command only allows a zone around 1 residue. That is because it is simply the command version of the zone mouse mode where you click on a single atom and it shows the zone around the residue that atom belongs to. The mouse modes in ChimeraX issue equivalent commands, so this zone mouse mode needed a command version.

As Elaine mentioned you can show the density just near any set of atoms or residues with the "volume zone" or "surface zone" commands, and also you can label just the nearby atoms using zone atom specifiers to specify the residues within a certain distance of your 3 ligands of interest when using the label command.
