[chimerax-users] ChimeraX equivalent to "Chimera web data"?

We have a number of web services and tools that generate web data 
(*.chimerax) files for legacy Chimera. (Typically they load in a PDB 
file and an alignment and apply some sort of custom view.) What would 
the equivalent be for ChimeraX?
